Cookie Policy
Last updated: 29 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how falqo.eu uses cookies and similar technologies, including browser storage used to provide requested website functionality.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files that a website can store on a device. Similar technologies can include local storage, session storage, pixels or other identifiers used to remember a technical state or measure an interaction.
2. FALQO’s current approach
The public FALQO theme itself does not intentionally deploy advertising, behavioural-profiling or social-media tracking cookies. Depending on the active WordPress configuration, hosting, security tools or optional services, strictly necessary technical cookies or similar storage may nevertheless be used to operate and protect the website.
If FALQO introduces analytics, marketing or other non-essential trackers, they will not be activated before any consent required by applicable law has been obtained, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
3. Strictly necessary technologies
Website operation and security
WordPress, the hosting environment or security controls may use temporary identifiers where they are necessary for session integrity, administration, security, load management, fraud prevention or delivery of a function explicitly requested by the user.
Mini Audit progress
The Mini Audit may use browser or server-side storage to preserve an in-progress audit, remember technical state and allow the user to resume the requested service. Storage that is strictly necessary to provide this functionality is treated as essential.
4. Optional analytics, media and marketing technologies
Non-essential analytics, embedded-media, advertising or marketing technologies may only be enabled where they are actually configured on the website and, where required, after the visitor has made a valid consent choice.
Consent must be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous. Refusing optional trackers must not prevent access to functions that do not depend on those trackers.
5. Managing your choices
If non-essential trackers are active, FALQO will provide a consent mechanism allowing visitors to accept or refuse them and, where appropriate, change their choice later. Strictly necessary storage does not require consent where the legal exemption applies.
The French data-protection authority publishes practical guidance on the applicable rules for cookies and trackers: CNIL — Cookies and trackers.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers allow users to view, delete or block cookies and clear site storage. Blocking strictly necessary technologies can prevent some website functions from working correctly.
7. Third-party services
The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA. Information about Infomaniak’s own privacy practices is available in its privacy policy and Trust Center.
Where a page embeds or links to a third-party service, that service may apply its own cookie and privacy rules once the visitor interacts with it. FALQO will identify material non-essential embedded services in its consent interface where required.
8. Retention
Strictly necessary cookies or browser-storage entries are retained only for the period required by their technical purpose. Where optional trackers are introduced, their individual lifetime and the duration of the associated consent choice will be documented in the consent interface or an updated version of this policy.
9. Updates to this policy
FALQO may update this Cookie Policy when website functionality, plugins, service providers or applicable rules change. The current update date appears at the top of the page.
10. Contact and privacy information
