The information you entrust to Falqo as part of the Mini Audit is hosted on Infomaniak infrastructure. This choice is based in particular on recognised standards for information security, quality and infrastructure management.
ISO 27001:2022
A recognised framework for information security
Infomaniak is ISO 27001:2022 certified. This standard defines the requirements for implementing and continuously improving an information security management system, with measures designed to protect data against loss, theft or alteration, and systems against intrusion and incidents.
Continuous improvement
ISO 27001 certification requires a management system that is maintained over time, with ongoing assessment, control and continuous improvement of security measures.
Controlled infrastructure
Infomaniak designs and operates its infrastructure in Switzerland and publishes its certifications and labels, making its security, quality and confidentiality commitments verifiable.
An important clarification
The ISO 27001:2022 certification mentioned on this page applies to Infomaniak, our hosting provider. It does not mean that Falqo itself is ISO 27001 certified. Our aim here is to explain transparently the hosting framework used for the service.
